Habanero Mango Aioli was first served as a dip for the delicious fries and country potatoes at the Stonewall Kitchen Café in Maine—which American Heritage highly recommends visiting if you ever find yourself in New England. Originally made from mayonnaise and the popular Habanero Mango Hot Sauce, the café guests were so enthusiastic that they started asking for the sauce more and more—shortly thereafter, commercial production of the aioli began.
The delicious aiolis, sauces, and jams from Stonewall Kitchen are nominated and awarded by renowned food organizations year after year. For example, the Habanero Mango Aioli was nominated in the Trends and Innovations category at the world-famous SIAL food trade fair in 2012.
