Sportex Absolut AB 2101 Spinning Rod - Take-apart rod - NEW RELEASE
The absolute highlight from the house of SPORTEX!
After a good 2 years of development, the manufacturer Sportex has once again succeeded in setting a new standard in rod construction with the revolutionary Helicore blank.
Among other things, Sportex uses the 3M Powerlux™ composite material in this blank. Here, the carbon fibers are laid into a matrix and then fused with silicon nanotechnology. This combination of the two materials gives the fibers immense stability and strength.
Thanks to the Helicore blank, the Absolut rods are incredibly light, insanely fast, sensitive, and extremely durable. Under normal conditions, this rod cannot be broken during a fight with a fish.
Perfect lure presentation, sensitive bite detection, a fast and penetrating hook set, enormous casting distances, and a strong backbone for an exciting fight characterize these outstanding rods. Due to its extreme lightness, hours of casting with this rod are child's play. The elegant, modern yellow blank lets everyone recognize it from afar - this is a SPORTEX.
The high-quality SIC guides and the split premium Duplon grips round off this picture. Fish with this rod once and you will never want another one.
Features:
• Optimized Helicore blank with 3M Powerlux™ composite material
• Slim SIC double-leg/single-leg guides in gunsmoke with high abrasion resistance and good heat dissipation
• Modern, non-slip Duplon
