With the Rover 480, you can prepare perfect dishes with pinpoint accuracy. Thanks to the patented funnel system developed in Switzerland, there are no limits to your imagination. You can grill both directly and indirectly with the Rover, allowing you to prepare perfect menus for your party guests. You can truly prepare anything on your grill. Appetizers, main courses, and desserts—it is all possible.
The Rover has two sturdy wheels and a stable frame, so you can maneuver the grill easily, quickly, and effortlessly anytime and anywhere. In addition, cross-braces are installed for greater stability.
Refilling charcoal is made easier with the hinged chrome-plated grill grate. The resulting ash is collected in the ash container. On the ash container, there is a diagram for setting the air regulator to obtain the perfect embers.
Storage for barbecue utensils has also been considered; a utensil holder is included, allowing you to hang your barbecue tools right on the grill.
You can open the lid of the Rover simply and easily using the integrated lid hinge. There is a thermometer in the lid itself, so you can always check the temperature. Should you ever want to prepare a delicious roast or a chicken, Outdoorchef also offers a thermometer that you can insert directly into the food. The Gourmet Check allows you to prepare a perfectly cooked roast.
