This electric grill is technically state-of-the-art; the spherical shape is something that has rarely been used for electric grills until now. Yet, the principle is quite simple. Instead of letting heat escape unused upwards, it is captured within the sphere, where it acts from above to enhance all the grilled delicacies. Since the heat is not conducted directly from the electric heating element to the food, but rather heats up to 300°C within the sphere, this grill is even suitable for cooking large pieces of meat.
With every grill from the company Outdoorchef, peak technical performance is taken for granted. It is powered by electrical energy, requiring only a standard 220-volt plug. Cooking, roasting, and steaming are all possible with this grill thanks to its heat reflector, which allows temperatures of up to 300°C to be reached.
