Diese Form sorgt dafür, dass sich der Haken beim Einsaugen eindreht und infolge dessen meist in der Unterlippe hakt. Einen zusätzlichen Schrumpfschlauch, um diesen Eindreh-Effekt zu begünstigen, braucht es beim Kurv Shank nicht.
