Mit dem Jenzi Fischaromagewürz für Fische und auch Fleisch ist räuchern ganz einfach. Dias Raucharomasalz Smoke wird einfach mit Wasser angerührt. Dazu benötigt man 70 Gramm pro Liter Wasser. Fische rein, ab in den Kühlschrank. Nach ca. 10 Stunden sind die Fische durchgezogen und können in den Räucherofen oder Tischräucherofen.
Um eine tolle Farbe der Fische nach dem Räuchern zu bekommen, sollten die Fische mit einem Tuch vor dem Räuchern abgerieben werden.
Und die Fische sollten vor dem Räuchern etwas auf Raumtemperatur gebracht werden.
