Berkley Choppo – Topwater lure for spectacular predatory fish strikes

The Berkley Choppo is an innovative surface lure specially developed for predatory fish angling. Thanks to its unique propeller tail, it creates strong pressure waves and noticeable splashing on the water surface when retrieved. This immediately awakens the hunting instinct of pike, perch, and asp – perfect conditions for spectacular strikes right on the surface.

With its balanced body, the Berkley Choppo can be cast far and accurately. It runs stably during a steady retrieve, making it particularly easy to work – also ideal for beginners in topwater fishing. Due to its construction, it is suitable for both slow reeling over weed beds and fast fishing in shallow areas, at groynes, or along shorelines.

The Choppo is available in various sizes and colors, so you can find the right lure for every situation. The realistic patterns perfectly imitate prey fish and provide additional attraction in clear or murky water conditions. The lure is particularly popular for pike and perch fishing, but it also reliably hooks asp and other predatory fish.
