Jörg Strehlow's Zander Edition - Kauli Shad - The fish-catching machine with real fish oil!
Jörg Strehlow, a regular contributor for 25 years to leading fishing magazines (Fisch & Fang, Der Raubfisch, Esox, Blinker) and author of over ten books (for example, the classic "Zander Angeln"), has developed a unique program for modern zander and perch spin fishing exclusively for Balzer. Brand new this year: The KAULI, Jörg's original, has now been reissued and is available in 2 lengths. The drop shot program is, of course, still a top seller and will be continued.
In addition, there is a whole range of very well-thought-out accessories and sophisticated rigs, some of which incorporate entirely new approaches from this leading predatory fish professional. In Jörg Strehlow's "Zanderfibel" (available for free from specialist retailers!), Jörg explains in detail the individual methods of modern zander fishing and his entire product line that he designed for Balzer. Start fishing like a pro today!
KAULI is coming home!
No other bait is as closely associated with the success of Jörg Strehlow's "Faulenzer" (lazy) method as his Kauli! The countless attempts at copying it in recent years impressively document this lure's dominant market position. Following the cult bait's tenth anniversary last year, Jörg's original has undergone a fundamental redesign: firstly, the tail was revised to achieve an even more delicate action. Secondly, the rubber is enriched with real fish oil, making it even more irresistible! Regarding colors, the inventor of the Faulenzer method sticks to his successful philosophy: "Less is more!".
Wait, not quite! Because the classic 12 cm long Kauli now has a shorter brother: at 6 cm, the Kauli is highly effective at charming perch as well as big zander – especially when there is an overabundance of food or when they are rather sluggish due to weather changes and/or low water. Since both versions of the Strehlow Kauli float, they are suitable for both "Faulenzen" and jigging, as well as for American fishing methods (e.g., drop shotting or Texas and Carolina rigs). Outstanding fishing success has also been achieved with the Kauli for many years when vertical fishing from a boat – why not try it out in combination with Balzer's new vertical jigs!
Transparent-Silver-Red: With its transparent body and red head, it perfectly imitates an injured prey fish.
